Independent IT and leadership advisory in Tyresö
Concrete improvements.
Not a pile of slides.
I am an experienced, independent adviser in leadership and IT. Someone to bounce ideas off, who genuinely cares – and who charges for results, not hours.
What I help with
Leadership, IT and the decisions that land on the management team’s table.
Management team priorities
A sounding board for decisions, when day-to-day work is about growth, profitability and getting things done. IT is too important to be handled by an “IT person” alongside their regular job.
Current-state assessment
An independent picture of where you stand. What do you actually have – and what should you do about it?
Cost control
I review contracts, licences and SLAs and show you where money is leaking.
Security
A prioritised risk picture based on the CIS framework – without technical jargon.
Cloud and operations
Cloud, on-premises or hybrid? The right choice, and an implementation that keeps operations running.
AI in everyday work
Realistic use cases that fit your business. Not AI for its own sake.
How I work
Simple and concrete.
Most consultants have one goal: selling hours. I focus on value rather than an hourly rate or a long project.
1. A first meeting
You tell me what is causing friction. I listen and ask honest questions.
2. Goals before we start
Together we decide what success means for you – concrete measures you can follow up, not vague improvements.
3. Simple, concrete proposals
You get prioritised improvements you can act on straight away. Not a report that ends up in a drawer.
4. Results, not hours
The benefit decides, not the hourly rate. I work at your pace and show measurable results.
When an assignment needs more, I bring in one of my 3 colleagues, each with their own expertise.
The guarantee
If I don’t add value, you get your money back. I don’t sell hours.
It is not a marketing trick. It is how I work.
AI with common sense
AI as support, without over-engineering.
I use AI very concretely in my own work, as support in analysis and leadership. For example, I have my own AI council: 5 agents built on different models. Research is faster. Analysis becomes more systematic.
That frees up time for what requires judgement, experience and human leadership. The same applies to you: AI should give something back. I help you find what actually fits your business – and leave the rest.

Neil goes the extra mile. When we were changing supplier, he took the opportunity to help us adjust our SLAs. That gave us big savings!

What a shock to discover that we were exposed through our website. Neil didn’t wait for the analysis to be finished. We closed the gap immediately. Very happy!
