Services

Advice you can act on straight away.

I am an experienced adviser in leadership and IT. Concrete improvement proposals instead of a pile of slides, no buzzwords – and I charge for results, not hours. Independent, and with AI as support where it is useful.

Management team priorities

A sounding board for decisions, when day-to-day work is about growth, profitability and getting things done. IT is too important to be handled by an “IT person” alongside their regular job.

How an assignment works

Everything can be measured.

Far too many consulting projects end with a report and a handshake – but nobody knows whether things got better. That is why we agree on the goals before the work begins, so you can see what you actually got for your money.

01

A first meeting

You tell me what is causing friction. I listen and ask honest questions.

02

Goals and price before we start

Together we decide what success means – concrete measures, not vague improvements. Scope and budget are set before the work begins.

03

Delivery

Prioritised recommendations you can act on straight away. We go through them together, and you decide what you want to do – and in which order.

04

Follow-up

Would you like a follow-up after 6 or 12 months? Then I look at what has changed, why – and what, if anything, remains.

Examples of measures

  • IT costs reduced by X %
  • Fewer support tickets per month
  • More satisfied employees (measured by survey)
  • Shorter lead time in system Y
  • Number of contracts renegotiated or terminated

You choose the measures – I help you phrase them so they can be followed up in practice, not just on paper.

The guarantee

If I don’t add value, you get your money back. I don’t sell hours.

It is not a marketing trick. It is how I work.

In a minute

Experience and independence

Long experience of most types of IT and business projects, and of both small and large IT suppliers.

Many suppliers profit from selling more – not from giving you the right advice. I have no such incentives: no ties to suppliers, no commission, no other agenda.

What I need in return

Trust. The work is done under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), so you can be completely open about weaknesses and internal friction.

The purpose is never to “catch out” anyone. I am not looking for scapegoats – I am looking for areas to improve.

Want to bounce an idea around?

Tell me what is causing friction or what you are thinking about, and I will look for the simplest first step.
